Pros: Size. Ease of use. Video quality. Cons: Stainless steel body can be slippery.
Summary: For me, this Exilim EX-S600 was an unusual buy. I was not a starter-buyer: I normally use a large SLR and I wanted this as a camera which I would carry EVERYWHERE with me. I chose Exilim because it was recommended by a professional photographer whom ... read more

Pros: Small; thin; perfect fit in flightsuit note pocket. Tolerates soiling. Great battery/photos Cons: NO/$$$ service. Cannot use generic cases.
Summary: My experience with the Exilim has been very different. I've owned two since 2003 - the first one broke, but I don't think a 5000-lb motor falling on it counts as camera failure. (Actually, it DID come on - it just had no ... read more

Pros: size, best shot, video capture, battery life, menu Cons: picture quality, software
Summary: I've had this camera for over 2 years and I'm about to purchase another. This was my first Casio...and it will also probably be my last. I have the dock that plugs into my computer's USB port which is very convenient. I love the re-chargeable battery. I ... read more

Pros: The pro to this camera was its size. Cons: VERY breakable, easily damaged, expensive repairs.
Summary: I'm a definite photo enthusiast and am so disappointed with the Casio EX S600. The main problem, as other reviewers have stated, is that the camera easily turns itself on & when it powers up the lens automatically comes out--bumping anything it's near ... read more

Summary: Got this as a gift also. It's been over a year and it still works. The pictures are crystal clear as well as the video. I like that is has a BS feature. no not that bs, it's called Best Shot and you can change the way the picture is taken such as sepia, ... read more

Pros: Great looks, portability, features and versatility. Cons: Flash charge is a tad slow, but nothing has prevented me from taking great pictures.
Summary: I bought this camera for 75% work use, 25% personal use. My line of work requires me to take many, many pictures. With my old digital Fuji FinePix I found myself always looking for a convenient place to stow it on my person and there just never seemed to ... read more

Pros: Tiny, High-tech, Easy to Use, Battery lasts and lasts. Cons: Need small fingers or a bit of patience. Other than that, haven't found any!
Summary: This is one great little camera. Got this one in orange and it comes in a couple of different colors or silver. It slips easily into your pocket for travel. Mine came with a small carry case and strap in addition to its download/charge cradle and ... read more

Pros: Ease of Use and Quality of Pictures Cons: Software Locks Up When Using USB Sometimes
Summary: We take this little number EVERYWHERE and have had nothing but great experiences with it. It is very durable; we usually forget to put it in its case and so it tumbles around inside a back-pack or purse and comes out no worse for the wear. As far ... read more

Pros: Take it anywhere, chicks dig it Cons: Fragile screen, requires small fingers
Summary: I have owned three of Casio's Exilim line. The early cameras without the optical zoom were thinner... which I liked, but the optical zoom is growing on me somewhat. The older models had a nice feature, however: the LCD screen was protected by a hard ... read more

Pros: Compact size..fits nicely in your shirt pocket and very pleasing results. Cons: The only downside to the camera is having no optical viewfinder. Still a great camera.
Summary: Just finished taking 1/2 gig worth of pictures with my newly purchased Exilim S600. I was not disappointed by one picture. It is simply a great camera to take along in your shirt pocket. You see something that you want to take a picture of...just a ... read more

Pros: Fine metal housing, overall thin size, picture quality, operating speed, price! Cons: NO USB connector on the camera itself. Needs included dock
Summary: OK, I had purchased the Casio Exilim EX-S500 last summer. It was a truely amazing camera. It stood out for overall value in the sub-compact range. Don't get me wrong, a sub-compact is NO MATCH for the prosumer style digital SLR like the Canon Rebel or ... read more

Pros: Takes great pictures while it is working, looks good and is small. Cons: Breaks down often
Summary: This camera has a problem with the lens. About every six months the lens stops extending or retracting. It was repaired twice in the first year under warranty and now they want more to fix it than it will cost to buy a new camera. I bought this camera

Pros: looks cool. Cons: Casio has no customer service, camera only lasted 40 days!
Summary: I bought this camera for $200 and the LCD display went out at about Day 40. The warranty expires on Day 30, and neither Brandsmart or Casio has responded to my requests to replace the camera. Casio wants another $90 to fix a $200 camera that lasted
