Good hotel near Rue Cadet

Pros: Nice, cozy hotel, a/c in the rooms good showers.
Cons: Eatery and some amenities
Friendly staff, refashioned old building, some rooms are small and other normal size for paris, definite not a sheraton or hilton, but their prize makes well worth it.
Restaurants are at a walking distance, so the Metro (subway) at Rue Cadet, plenty...
