I have been using Centrum Multivitamin/Multimineral Chewable Tablets for years now.I don't know what i would do without them.Before taking this brand of vitamins i felt really sluggish through out the day.After taking my first Centrum Multivitamin/Multimineral Chewable Tablet i had so much more energy and my mood improved within the first hour.These vitamins will give you incredible results too.They're not cheapest vitamins out there but i certainly think they are by far the best.And for those of you who are wondering--yes--they are easy to chew.So pick some up at the store .What are you waiting for?

At the recommendation of my doctor,i began taking vitamins again.It meets all PSP standards and contains 100% of the recommended daily allowance of vitamins c,d,e,and all other minerals except vitamin k,biotin,phosphorus,magnesium,selenium,chloride and potassium.

I'm the type of person who takes Vitamin Supplements, however for the longest time I would dread taking them simply because I would get extremely nauseous after taking pill form ones as they would be harsh on my stomach.  I would usually take them along with a meal, but still get very ill.  I would just say to myself, "Well, I'll tolerate you because you muct be doing something good"  But then I thought, my body shouldn't be going through this much pain.  As I walked the Vitamin aisle in Wal-Mart, I came across these Centrum Chewable Orange Flavored Vitamins.  I was like "I've gotta try these!" "They're right up my alley!" These Vitamins have a pleasant flavor and I've encountered no sickness 25 minutes later!  These tablets are a winner!  I hate swallowing horse pills!  Never again!!
