Cons: Very expensive Poor quality Not worthy of Chef's Choice brand name

I purchased a Chef's Choice Tea Kettle in August, 2003, mostly on the basis of it's features and brand name. I cleaned it faithfully every month and followed all of the user directions. 17 months later (only 5 months after the warranty expired!) it stopped working.

Don't waste your money. Buy something less expensive and more reliable. That's what I'm doing.
