The full Civilization experience without the commitment

Pros: Compact Civilization experience without the micromanaging; available on 3 game systems.
Cons: $60 feels a little expensive...until you play it and realize this is a full game.
Bottom line: All the fun in 1/4 the time. I've been playing the Civilization series from the original game distributed in 3.5" floppies. It never seemed to matter which version I played, I always had a blast but always wondered where the time went. ...
