Pros: Great Front desk staff Good Restaurant Location
Cons: Dirty rooms Poor houskeeping staff Not a good value for the money
This hotel is advertised as an upscale suite hotel in the Garden District. While it's true that it is in the Garden District, I can't say that it is upscale. It may have been once, perhaps when Mr. Copeland still owned it.
