A lot of features and poor quality
by kalistrat ,Dec 19 '03
Pros: Very inexpensive, a lot of different features, clear sound Cons: Don't last very long, warranty is only for three months, too many little buttons
I bought this phone because I wanted an inexpensive answering machine with caller ID, in addition to my cordless phone. Obviously, you always get what you pay for. The phone was loaded with all sorts of features at less than a half of the cost of what other similar phones, such as Panasonic, would cost. Four months later the caller ID stopped functioning followed by a series of other electronic failures. I called Coby hoping to get it fixed, but they said that the warranty was only good for three months. Thus, I am on the market for a new phone already. This time I am not going to buy Coby, or other cheap phone. They just don't last.
