Pros: good when it works
Cons: read my review

Had it professionally installed by dealership' contractor (Elite version with extended range).

Since installation he had to fix it 4 times.
This brand has tendency to degrade, especially remote starter.
Several times alarm went off during morning commute in the middle of highway...blasting siren, flashing headlights...fun-fun-fun....but extremely annoying. Had to pull over, turn off engine, turn off alarm, then restart engine and go.

Constantly tripping onboard computer, so after fake alarm (without siren going off) I have to wait 15 minutes to start the car. Dealership finally disconnected starter feature to avoid damage to car's electronics.

Range is good though, but only from the front - direct view of antenna, otherwise range is about 50-70ft max.

Almost non-existent authorized aftermarket support. Web site expired and was shut down late in 2005. Phone support virtually does not exist, they will give you some phone for "local" installer that could be within 2 hours driving range (I got within 1-1.5 hour driving range, I live in Detroit Metro which is quite populated).

So my final word - I am done with it. Going to remove and dump it. Will replace with different brand.
