I went through three before I gave up.

Good Points
The mattress comes with a handy little electric pump which you plug into a wall outlet. The mattress fills up quickly to a firm condition.

It makes for a very soft and pleasant sleeping surface.

Bad Points
The mattress appears to be constructed for either a once or twice usage limit.

Simply turning in your sleep can put stress on the thin top of the mattress and cause small tears which grow into large tears.

The rubber patch and glue kit is more for moral support than functionality.

Redemption
As long as you lie perfectly still, and can rise off of the mattress without stressing it, it should last for at least a week.

It seemed to good to be true and it is. We purchased this for float trips. We are getting to an age where the thinner back pack mattresses just weren't comfortable enough. The Intex worked perfectly the first time that we used it. However, we just returned from a float trip and it now has an unidentifiable slow leak that takes about 4 hours to let enough air out so that the heavier person has his or her derriere on the hard ground. We just threw the Intex mattress out. I had no luck when I contacted the company. I would avoid this as I suspect it is a seam leak and is probably a quality control problem.
