Pros: Attractive, durable, therapeutic, easy to set up Cons: Constant chemical maintenance required or liner gets slimy
For years, I visited friends with hot tubs because they are so relaxing. I always dreamed of having one and we finally bought an oversized colonial where it would fit, after years of cottage living. I was amazed at the cost of spas and decided to ...

Pros: Quiet, comfortable and low power usage, WHEN it worked Cons: 2 failed power units in 4 months, bad customer service
Too bad for me I didn't see some of the other reviews out there regarding Comfort line product's Spa in a box. Now I'm stuck with a broken Power unit and an endless cycle of send us money to replace the bad unit. The power unit on these Spa's are ...

Pros: Its affordable and gets the job done. Cons: Mixing the chemicals to clean it.
To me hot tubs always looked so calm and relaxing, so I just had to find out how calm and relaxing they really were. The only problem with that is that spas are very expensive so I thought I was doomed. Then one night I was flipping through the channels ...

Comfort Line spa n a box - No Good Customer Service
by liondrew ,Jun 19 '09
Pros: When working it works but noisy. Cons: Too many motor failures
I bought my Comfort Line spa n a box from HSN on 3/20/07. Since then I have had to replace the motor unit 4 times paying $288 for the last reconditioned unit; 8/5/07, 12/21/07, 5/27/08. Once again, the motor unit failed due to the warming impeller breaking and jamming the unit. 5 units in just over 24 months! Now they want me to buy yet another pump motor for $288. Beware as they do not stand behind they product after their 1 year limited guarantee or care about their business reputation along with return business. No wonder as HSN no longer sells the product. I liked using the product when its worked but now is nothing more than a tub of water heated by the air!

DON'T BUY SPA N A BOX
by naojraham ,Dec 14 '08
Pros: Comfortable, economical, ease of assembly. Cons: Poor customer service, pump assembly very poorly constructed.
This has got to be the biggest sham I have seen. I have purchased this Spa N A Box from HSN in March of 2008. I had to have a new power pak pump/heater replaced to the tune of $87.00 s&h. It took me 2 months to get a refurbished one.. On Thanksgiving day, it was to my surprise when I went to get in only to find the water ice cold. The pump/heater was not working. I have written to the company 3 times and to date have not heard one word from them. My next step will be getting a lawyer.
Please if you're considering this product.DON'T DO IT.
Bite the bullet and buy locally. I wish I had.
