This test can cause a lot of heartache and stress for a couple who is trying to get pregnant. From someone who suffered a miscarriage in March and has been trying to get pregnant ever since, I bought this test thinking that it would be so easy to just buy the refills when needed. Well every time I have taken this test it has given me a false positive no matter what time of day it is taken.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND this test to anyone at all. Go ahead and spend a little bit extra money and buy a test that has great reviews. That is what I am going to do from now on.

Do Not purchase this product. These tests and refills have been recalled by the manufacturer as they have a very high incidence of false positives. They have resulted in much heartache and medical bills for many women, myself included.

My wife was tested positive many times with Confirm Clearly Smart Pregnancy Test, She went to ER and though she had a mis-carriage which turned out to be false alarm. I test it myself. I tested POSITIVE and I am a man.

Pros: Easy to use, easy to read, was accurate for me.
Cons: Gave me false negatives after a positive.

I disagree with all of the previous reviews. I was testing negative on every other test I tried (Clear Blue Easy, First Response, Equate, etc.); however, the first time I tried Confirm Clearly it showed a positive result. And, indeed, I was pregnant. It showed a positive result just over a week before my missed period. Also, I peed in a cup and then used all the test sticks in the cup (so it's not like the time of day I tested made a difference). As long as this test remains on the market, I will use it. The only downside, I got 1 positive, 2 negatives, and then 1 more positive.
