These tires were on my car when i bought it (o1 turbo jetta) Great car...anyway they are pretty good tires. could have been a little more sticky, but they have good dry traction and good wet traction as well. there were only a couple times i felt shaky in the rain. i didnt ever have them in the snow so I'm not sure.
NOW...the one thing that really is soo annoying is the road noise. when i got the car the tires were about halfway through their life, and the road noise was there but not that bad. since i have had the car i have put about 9,000 miles on it and the noise has gotten to the point where it is unbearable! i get in my car that i love and hate the roadnoise coming from the tires soooooo much!

Most of the time the snow was up to my windows. Once they pulled some snow out of the way I was off and running. My other vehicle (FWD) couldn't go places my RWD 240SX was going with these tires.
Snow traction is excellent, dry traction is excellent up to spirited driving, and not a hitch in the wet either. I have a smaller sidewall (205/55) so the tires don't wander as I see some reviews mention.
The tread design is different but performs well in the wet and snowy weather. I will have no problem deciding on my tires for my next car!!

got a set of 16" Enkei alloy wheels wrapped in contiextreme contact. reduced noise levels, good on corners, and keeps car stuck to ground well high speed (>200km/h). under wet conditions handling was great as water dispersion of tires is real good (even though the tread looks strange). tires perform better under warm conditions than in the cold, with considerably less noise in warm conditions. the only improvement i can see that wheel would need is for it to have a run flat ridge. i found that the best performance is achieved when i inflate the wheels with nitrogen (every 5000km) as the tires seem more solid. tires retain their gloss black appearance as i treat them with silicone spray with every full house wash i give it (once a month), i also find that the silicone spray prevents harden and cracking of rubber (my old set did that)as result of high speed cornering and burn outs.
