A "Must-Have" When Retiring the Highchair

by ladylisab , Mar 10 '04
Pros: Pretty, easy to clean, very portable, very durable and comfy
Cons: No straps for very active kid, don't make one in my size, $30 price
This booster was purchased after my daughter refused to get in her high chair at meal times. At first, we just put her in a padded, regular chair. This did not work, to say the least. Her chin was at table-level, which made mealtimes uncomfortable for ...

Cooshie Booster a.k.a Comfie Booster

by ethansmom22 , Apr 05 '03
Pros: Soft and easy to use in any chair
Cons: no straps so child *could* slide off...but mine never has
We received this booster as a gift from my aunt when my son was 18 months old. I liked that it was so portable with the included carrying case. Plus, I wouldn't have to have my son use boosters in restaurants that you just don't know HOW clean they are....

We love our Cooshie Booster!

by karengop , May 06 '03
Pros: Very portable, stays put on chair, baby won't slip and slide
Cons: It may not be good for an active toddler.
We purchased this booster seat back in January for our then 15 month old baby. She was refusing to eat in her highchair, and we had tried just about every other booster seat out there to no avail. It became apparent that our baby wanted to sit at the...

FANTASTIC seat for after the high chair

by trillh , Dec 29 '07
Pros: Fantastic in every way--cleaning, durability, portability, etc!
Cons: None--it has exceeded my expectations
The Cooshie Booster seat has been well used and well loved in my home for over 4 years. Both of my children started using this seat at age 2, and my second daughter, who just turned four, is now using it. The seat is just the right height for high ...

This booster is so great!!

by tmvonah0 , Apr 18 '03
Pros: Great for ages 2 and up. Doesn't scratch the chair.
Cons: a bit expensive, but worth it
This I purchased for my almost 3 yr old son. The plastic one kept getting food crumbs in the crevices and he didn't seem to want to sit in it. Plus it had scratched the bottom of our chair. So we went ahead and tried this one. To be honest, my son...

A Booster Seat so good my child "WANTS" to sit in it!

by hpyfish , Dec 02 '05
Pros: Durable, easy to clean, comfortable, easy to use and portable (light weight.)
Cons: No Straps
I like that it's so simple, no straps, buttons to deal with, although if you have a younger child who needs to be strapped in, this may NOT be a good thing. I like that it's extremely light in weight and easily portable (easy to throw into the car for ...

One of our best purchases.

by icemom , Mar 13 '03
Pros: Non slip without cumbersome straps. Comfortable for your child.
Cons: Cannot buckle an active toddler into a secure spot.
This little seat was definitely worth the extra money for us. We've been using it for two years now and will probably have it for several more. It's the perfect height for our toddler and preschooler to eat, color paint or do school work at the regular...

Great for travel
by mamaofb ,Feb 27 '07
Pros: Super light weight. I would sit in it.
Cons: Bad for very active child as there are no straps.
My (over) 30 lb 2-year-old stopped fitting in restaurant high chairs long ago and the boosters there (if they are clean) are very easy for him to tip. We have been very pleased with the portablity of this booster. (We own a high chair and 2 other not so portable boosters.) We keep it in the car mostly for dining out and visits to non-kid houses. The only problem we have had with this booster is that he sometimes likes to sit on the side/arm which will make it tip/unstable. He only does it in a booth when he can get his feet under him and there is always an adult right beside him to balance it and slide him back down. Never happens in a chair at a table. Has really made dining out easier! Not for infants as it does not recline.

Love it!
by kdeleon ,Jul 30 '05
Pros: Comfortable, Easy to clean, non-slip
Cons: none
The perfect booster seat for toddlers. We love ours. It's a great thing to use when graduating from the high chair. As others have said, it doesn't have straps-- so it's not for infant use.

Easy to use and comfortable
by stacywade ,Mar 19 '07
Pros: Very comfortable and light weight.
Cons: Might not stay in place on a fabric chair.
We have two of these now for our wooden kitchen chairs, and they stay put and provide excellent comfort for our children. They come in a variety of colors, and are light weight. The booster stays put on our wooden chairs, but I am not so sure how it would stay on a fabric one.

falls apart
by momof2ouch ,Feb 22 '06
Pros: cheap, comfortable, practical
Cons: not durable - (cracks on the side from leaning over?)
I initially liked this booster seat. Its extremely comfortable and portable (can move it amongst chairs, and get rid of it when adults need the seat). Its easy to clean and looks good. BUT!!! After about a year of use, the sides have cracks and its falling apart.
