I have very fine, sparse eyelashes and have tried many mascaras in the last 30 years. Most miss lashes and/or clump them together so it looks like I have even fewer. This is the first mascara that works for me. I highly recommend it! (For best results, pull the wand out slowly. It distributes the mascara on the brush better.)

The mascara did not live up to its promise of no clumps and globs! 

And beware:  Covergirl only stands by its LashExact guarantee if you send in the original receipt with the mascara!  I completed the Covergirl guarantee form and mailed in the tube of mascara, after using it for about a week.  My completed form was returned to me with a note asking for the receipt.  The mascara was not returned.

Cons: Too much mascara between bristles, not "clump resistant"

I bought this product because I like the new brush applicator and thought it would be less clumpy like the ads said. However, I haven't really seen this. After the first use I already had clumpy mascara on my eyelashes. While the new applicator is cool, the shape allows more mascara to get in between all the "bristles." Also, because the tip is skinnier than the rest of the wand (like with any mascara wand), I cannot even see the bristles anymore because so much mascara is coating it. I believe for these reasons, this why I have had more clumps. And like a previous poster mentioned, I think that it pulls my eyelashes more than another wand I have used. I think it's an innovated design, but I doubt that I will by this item again. Bummer.
