Although it was easy to download songs to the player, the player froze up after only two uses and refuses to load the songs. Removed the battery, waited and hoped the problem would be solved. It wasn't. The player remains locked up and is unusable. I called Creative and spoke (if you could call it that since the representative barely spoke English) to a representative who informed me that they could do nothing for me. This product is only 3 weeks old. I now have a $300 paperweight, and am considering a lawsuit against the company. Completely worthless piece of crap. Do yourself a favor and buy ANYTHING else but a Creative product.

I spent a little time looking at what MP3 player to buy and ended up deciding on this and I haven't been disappointed. My only regret is that it doesn't play Ogg Vorbis - but then I phoned up Creative and they offered me $30 off and a free extra battery. It made a good deal even better!

I'm using it with my own headphones though - the sound quality isn't quite so good with the set of phones included.

Of course there's now the 5GB version which is a bit annoying for me - but it should mean a steal for you :-)
