Pros: Amazing sound quality. Long battery life. Can play the superior WMA format. Cons: Poor supplied case. Lack of aftermarket accessories. Sensitive 'Touch' strip.

Pros: Sound quality, battery life, ease of use Cons: Graphic Equaliser, poor touch strip, lack of compatibility with Napster to Go.
Summary: Good product, Though the Touch strip is pathetic compared to the iPod wheel. Sound quality is superb, ease of use is good, it's a little bulky and no matter what folks say about iPods, they still look better than Zen's. My biggest gripe about this
