I had a very bad experience with the zen xtra having to replace it 3 times and twice it was out of warranty(you don't get the warranty with the replacements because they are reconditioned) but I have over 10,000 songs all labeled via their crappy mediasource software and so, like an idiot, when the latest hard drive broke I thought I would give the vision m a try( I hate ipods and especially itunes)Sure enough same exact problem I had with my original Zen xtra and Creative wants me to pay for the shipping for the replacement. The player is literally 3 days old. Are they HIGH? I am now faced with getting an ipod as it is the only one with a big enough hard drive. Oh the horror!! I REALLY hate itunes and I REALLY hate the restrictive proprietary crap that Apple uses.
