Pros: "lighten" teeth fast Cons: Taste bad, doesnt really whiten teeth
I completed the 12 days application of Crest Whitestrips premium and here are some of my opinions. I personally think Crest Whitestrips taste really really bad and causes bad breathe (resolve using mouth wash). The application itself is really easy but ...

Pros: made teeth look whiter;much better than paint-on gels; easy to maneuver; stays inplace Cons: stung TEEEEENy bit, temporary lisp can still talk;stained my lips/fingers temporarily if gel touched

Pros: Whiten teeth just as well as they say they will Cons: Difficult to put on and keep in place
A bit expensive
I wanted to try to new premium whitestrips but for a product I wasnt sure would even work for me $30 was a bit high so I purchased the CVS brand (generic drug store brand) ones that were about $10 less. I had great results with them but wanted by teeth ...

Pros: It works in 7 days. Cons: The drooling from the peroxide.
My wedding is in less than three months and I knew I needed a quick, painless whitening fix. My fiancée was at Sams Club and grabbed Crest Whitestrips Premium. I dont smoke, and I drink less than two cups of coffee a day, and usually one ...

Pros: Whitens teeth fairly quickly Cons: Caused severe pain, bad breath and I developed a cavity while using them.
I’ve been hearing the hype about tooth whitening for some time now. I admit, I was intrigued. I smoked for nearly a decade before quitting more than nine years ago. While in the Army, I drank coffee all the time and, now, I have a bit of a diet ...

Pros: Some results.. Cons: Costly, poor results, pain potential, annoying to wear.
I was ashamed from Crest!
O.K, so I saw the ad on tv and it really wanted me to buy a package of it. (Also because my brother had some, so I got jealous. I live in Canada, so the prices are obviously a lot higher..I went to Zellers and saw the regular Whitestrips for $36, and ...

Pros: Euh... Cons: Pain, no result
English as second language. I bought a box of Crest Whitestrips Premium after I've been through the different reviews on Epinion, and because someone I know tried it and, even if she wasn’t able to finish the treatment because of pain, she still find ...

Pros: No-risk guarantee Cons: Doesn't work!!!!!
I haven't seen a dentist in 20 years.... which probably explains why traffic slows down whenever I smile. To keep my tradition of not going to a dentist, I decided to try the Crest Whitestripes Plus. It was cheap compared to the $500 dentists charge for ...

Pros: none Cons: hazardous to your oral health!
I tried the premium white strips while on vacation. I used the strips for only two days and my tongue became red, swollen numb and irritated. I was very worried and called the 800 number on the box. They immediately got a doctor on the phone who told ...

Natural looking results.
by judy_cat ,Nov 28 '04
Pros: Teeth look naturally clean and white, not supernaturally white! Cons: Hard to talk while the strips are in place, and try not to sneeze!
I really think this is a great product. I've not experienced any pain or hassle with it. The results are natural looking, not the glow in the dark, silvery white look that often results from dental bleaching. My teeth look and feel cleaner than they have in years. I found it easy to apply both the upper and lower strips. The only negatives are that it is not easy to talk while they're in your mouth and they can fly out of your mouth if you sneeze! I really don't know why it causes some people so much pain--I've always had fairly sensitive teeth and a tendency towards canker sores, but this product has been totally pain-free for me.

Crest Premium whitestrips
by kerry67 ,Apr 08 '05
Pros: noticeable whitening after one 30 minute application. Cons: The Strips are not comfortable to wear
I used these strips hoping that in the 3 days I would notice a difference. I was completely thrilled to see a difference with one application! There was no doubt they lifted a shade with the one 30 minute application. I am on my second day only and had to write a review on these! I love them. The first application I was producing way too much saliva and it was a bit awkward and I was wondering if I could stand the whole 30 minutes, but I found out the trick is to just keep your mouth open a bit and its hard to explain but sucking in the saliva keeps the strips dry and once I did that the second time I had no problems with saliva.
UPDATE: On the 4th day my gums were a bit irritated and sensitive when I would put a new strip on or brush my teeth, so I skipped a day like the directions say. Then I plan to do it only once a day. I think the whiteness of the teeth are worth the minor discomfort!

say cheese!
by superamy ,May 02 '06
Pros: Effective, easy to use and much less expensive than having your teeth professionally whitened. Cons: Initially, gum irritation, but not severe enough to discontinue usage.
Crest Whitening Strips are wonderful. After about 7 days I notice a nice difference in my teeth. My husband made a cute comment last night and said "those are just like buying new ones!" He has also asked me to purchase him a box. I have read the reviews and one of the cons, not staying on well, can be avoided. I simply brush my teeth and dry them with a rag before I use the strips. This helps them stay on much better. I am not a smoker and I do not drink coffee so I cannot say if it is effective enough for people who do. I do, however drink soda and tea and the yellowing from these has markedly decreased from the strips. The product is a little "goopy" and at first it caused some gum irritation, but if you look at the amount of money saved over having your teeth professionally whitened, it is really no big deal! I simply brush my teeth after the application (about 30 minutes) is over. I highly recommend this easy to use product!

With pain comes beauty
by cyberberries ,Jan 02 '09
Pros: price is totally affordable, whiten teeth VERY well Cons: a whole lot of pain...but being beautiful is painful
I like the strips. Don't get me wrong, they do hurt. I've never had sensitive teeth, but I think I do now.The only painful thing is taking a DEEP breath in through your mouth while your strips are in...or immediately after you've taken them out. Easy solution? Breath in through your nose...it's calming anyways. Most of the time I'm drooling so much that I just lay back and read a book for 30 minutes so that all my drool just runs down my throat as opposed to drooling all over myself. I've never had braces before either however I think I know how it would feel to try and talk with them in...I'd be a mute! Not only is it hard to talk but you're taking the chance of looking like a moron with drool running down your face. Hey, 30 minutes of complete silence is a-okay with me though! Overall I like them. They're doing exactly what I bought them to do. So, when I return to the states from Korea...my teeth will be white and nobody will know that I've just spent the last year smoking and drinking coffee!
