Summary: Just bought this toaster/oven. Once side of the toast started burning and the other side was not toasted. Extremely disappointed and taking it back to Bed Bath & Beyond.

Pros:
The convection cooks cupcakes, biscuits etc. well so range oven does't have to be used.
Cons: Very poorly insulated causing wall behind to get very hot, melting power chord... Hazardous

Pros: Deep and spacious, yet not too wide or tall. Nice appearance.
Cons: Just one rack. Rack does not slide out when you open the door. Annoying timer.
