    Cons: WOWJ and Body Basic classes are taught at specific scheduled times.

    Cons: Limited operating hours, high staff turnover which results in lack of training for new staff.

    Cons: - some Curves are not very prepossessing inside.

    Pros: Friendly environment. Quick workout that keeps adding resistance as you "master" each level.
    Cons: 30 minutes of strength training along with healthy eating has not been effective for me
