Pros: Quick efficent workout that caters for ages, levels and abilities. Cons: Need to seriously considering opening 7 days. hours restrictive for working women.

Pros: Curves work out effective when done correctly, consistently. CurvesSmart program provides feedback on exercise effort/goals. Cons: Limited operating hours, high staff turnover which results in lack of training for new staff.
