I am an admitted espresso addict, so once I saw this machine I had to have it. Before purchasing I called the company about some negative feedback that I heard. The customer service department told me that the issue had been resolved. Apparently it was some sort of computer glitch. So I went ahead and bought the Gran Dama and it's awesome, for lack of a better word. It's so simple with the one touch buttons to make any espresso drink. Cappuccinos are my favorite. I use it every morning and sometimes even after dinner. My wife loves it for entertaining and dinner parties. And it's also really easy to clean. I would highly recommend buying this machine!!
