Pros: There's nothing good to say about these people. Cons: They lie about their services and hold domains hostage.
I registered-to-own an Internet website domain with DTS-NET. I paid DTS-NET to register it. I attempted for over 4 weeks to get in touch with DTS-NET to end my business with them and initiate a transfer to another provider. Even with there advertised ...

RIP OFF
by ahellbach ,Aug 29 '07
Pros: price Cons: service, reliability
1. email didn't work on win platform.
2. they moved me from win platform i paid to UNIX one without even note.
3. support slow, hardly speak English and most of the time useless. They offer you send login/password over email in clear text. Very pro way, right?
4. broken login/passwords all the time.
5. finally my site was down and never up(huh, promised 99% run time). I receive no respond from the provider for 2 months. SO I quit with them.

DTS-NET Buyer BEWARE!
by cberrong ,Jul 01 '06
Pros: they are good con artists Cons: No support, black listed servers, scam artists
24/7 Support is a LIE. I called and emailed for a week solid on a daily basis with no response. I think their servers are black listed as I could not send email to many of my clients without it being bounced back.
Do not use this company!!!! I have also seen reports of them stealing peoples domain names.
I have not recieved my money back and still can not reach anyone.

don't use DTS-net
by morphi0uz ,Jan 22 '07
Pros: cheap Cons: everything else
DTS-net is a terrible provider. I had service with them for 2 years (of which my site was down 6 months). I am currently battling them to get my domain switched to a new provider, and they refuse to respond to my emails or pick up their (24/7/365) phone number.

This is a scam
by pylonman ,May 22 '08
Pros: cheap hosting (if it works) Cons: No support
take funds from Paypal with authorization
The original company might of been OK, but in that last year, terrible. 3 weeks ago I was sent an email stating "in 3 business days" the they were cutting off my hosting, unless Paypal payment was made. (didn't provide an address??) I was suppose to got to their "Order Now" web page and enter all the info. Anyway, sounded fishy, so I went out and got my own hosting package. About a week after, an automatic "Subscription Payment" came out of my Paypal account. I quickly lodged a dispute with Paypal and made to recoup my funds. STAY AWAY FROM DTS-NET! It's a shell company for a scammer.
