  • D'Angelos, Stir Fry, Steak Bomb, Lobstah or Number 9,Number9,Number 9,Number 9,Number 9,Number9

    Mar 11 '06
Pros: Good, fresh tasting sandwiches that come out quickly.
    Cons: They don't pack napkins.

Summary: When I travel through Connect I Cut, Massachusetts, and New Hampshire on my way to Maine's Acadia National Park/Bar Harbor or the Portland area to see my daughter at school I sometimes stop for a quick something to eat. D'Angelos can be found throughout ...

  • Go local for less

    Jan 31 '11
Pros: Good portions, fast and pretty good quality.
Cons: Expensive for what you get. Bland taste.

Summary: For those who have never tried or heard of D'Angelo sub shops, that is probably because like Dunkin' Donuts once was ... this is a local chain owned by Papa Ginos Pizza. Papa Ginos also is a New England only company ... and probably the best chain pizza ...

  • Lunch and Dinner at D'Angelos -- Yum!

    Apr 23 '06
Pros: menu offers variety, can customize choices, good food, friendly staff, accepts coupons
Cons: not 100% accurate all the time, but who is?

Summary: I enjoy submarine sandwiches. Some people may call them subs, hoagies, torpedoes, grinders, heroes, or wedges ... but no matter their name, they are delicious! One of my favorite sub sandwich eateries is D’Angelos. There are over 200 ...

  • Angelo with a D for Delicious

    Apr 25 '05
Pros: Good food at good prices.
Cons: Ordering can be confusing; not as good as Subway.

Summary: About the D’Angelos chain: This is a general review of D’Angelos however I do want to make special mention of one restaurant because it is more unusual than any others to which I have been. That one is located at 59 Industrial Park ...

  • Break for Breakfast but Don't Do Dinner at D'Angelo's

    Jan 03 '04
    Pros: excellent breakfast burritos
Cons: smallish subs, expensive, unimaginative combination sandwiches

Summary: One of the things I miss most about New Mexico is the food. I fell in love with green chile almost from my first hour in the state. Green chile in omelets. Green chile mixed in hashbrowns. Green chile on pizza. I love green chile and miss it immensely. ...

  • Guaranteed a Good Sandwich

    Nov 13 '03
Pros: Great Selection, High Quality, Good Service, Better than Subway
Cons: Still not the deli down around the corner...but good...

Summary: This is one of my favorite New England sandwich shops. D’Angelos are located everywhere throughout Massachusetts (often in association with a Papa Gino’s – a pizza restaurant), and are also throughout much of New England (though less of the scale that th ...

  • D'Angelo's could be better

    Nov 29 '10
    Pros: Food quality is fresh
Cons: They still weigh the food. I can pay less and receive much more quantity elsewhere.

Summary: D'Angelo's does have pretty good food, however, I think they can be better, especially when the mom & pop shops are giving a larger portion on their foods.
