Cons: Initial purchase price, but you get what you pay for!

I run a small business from my home and generate a small mountain of paperwork of a temporary nature. I was using one of the brands you see at Office Max etc. and it was a poorly made and designed nightmare, but cheap. However it seemed as though I spent as much time untangling clogs in it than shredding docs! I decided to look for a quality machine and forget the price, after all my time is worth something. After much research I decided on the DAHLE 30104 and even though it costs much more than my previous shredder it is a true joy to use! First of all it comes in a nicely designed cabinet, with a large door for convenient access and even a small pouch for the owners manual mounted inside! The motor of this German made machine is as smooth as a BMW and just as powerful, it can take up to 10 sheets at a time and handles them with nary a burp! I doubt that I will spend any time unplugging any clogs in this superbly designed and built machine!
