Poor Quality, Poor Service, Parts not available

Pros: Style Cons: Temperature not consistent. Parts not available Unusable 3 months - still not fixed
I have had a similar experience to the previous reviewer. The temperature fluctuates. Too Hot or Too Cold. Error readings are displayed. The fan starts to make a loud noise. An annoying beep is constant.
I spent 4 weeks turning it off, turning back on, unplugging etc... it would work for a few days and as described above would start all over again.
Local Service came out - diagnosed the problem was Solenoid and the Fan all covered by warranty. That was 8 weeks ago. Solenoid is not back ordered but hasn't been shipped. The Fan is back ordered with no ETA.
I contacted Danby directly and Customer Service told me the same about the parts. Today I had to send them my proof of purchase receipt and service work order to see if they (Danby) can do anything. I told them I found the parts at Sears and APWagner online. Danby told me I could purchase them but they wouldn't cover the cost.
So I wait until warranty parts become available. Really!!?? I guess stupid wins and logic is thrown out again.
