You will travel along time before you find a true customer oriented facility like this one. We usually stay at a Marriott Courtyard, but the one in Springfield is right up against the interstate so is subject to alot of road noise. We were looking for another place to stay and came a cross this on tripadvisor. It was about half the price and got great reviews. We gave it a try. It was great. The rooms have a microwave and frig and are clean and comfy. More cable channels than you often find these days. It is tucked away -so nice and quiet even with the windows open, yet convenient to where we were going. They will also bring complimentary coffee to your door a few minutes after your wake up call if you like. There are fresh made waffles for breakfast in the AM along with the continental breakfast. The owner is on site and the perfect host and made you feel like they were glad you were there.
