This looked like a good buy, it was on sale at a home depo. It was fine for several months but then, one morning when I was replacing the carafe (pardon the spelling please), I pressed it into the machine and the glass broke. After calling Delonghi CS they said I should order another, which was about 25 bucks. Then the second one broke a few months later. I would avoid this product.
