Pros: A nice-looking, well-functioning super automatic (all-in-one) espresso machine.

Pros: Easy One-Touch Espresso, Latte & Cappuccino. Durable, even in a small office setting.
Cons: A "normal" size latte - think 8oz instead of 24oz.

Pros: Easy maintenance/cleanup and produces a consistent quality. Easy menu to customize your preferences.
Cons: A bit noisier than I expected. Also the temperature is not hot enough.
