DeLonghi Espresso and Drip Coffee IFD Espresso Machine

Pros: all in one coffee and espresso system, so you don't have to buy two devices
Cons: doesn't make quality espresso, easily breaks, leaks...

If you are in the market for an inexpensive piece of equipment and are not interested in quality coffee then this is the machine for you. It does not have the 15 bars of pressure required to make good espresso. I find the machine messy and not easy to clean.  The regular coffee maker makes a pretty standard cup but we have now discovered that ours is leaking water from underneath for no reason whatsoever.  A starter machine that makes you realize that a good coffee maker is worth the investment.

I really enjoy this multi functional machine! It's the perfect combination of espresso for me and coffee for my husband. Also the frothed milk function is lovely for a warm latte during relaxing week ends. Just be sure to clean the frother every time you use it, but it's easy and no time consumig! 
Another great function of this machine is the programmable timing... I wake up in the morning and my coffee is ready and hot to go!
