Absolutely the worst customer service ever by pointy59 ,Mar 29 '06
Pros: Good system, pretty good deal Cons: Terrible customer service
The PC itself is a pretty good deal, though a little expensive for what you get. The customer service is unbelievably bad. I asked them to change my address at least 5 times and I still get letters from the wrong address. They don't send you a Windows disc and it has been impossible for me to format the computer. They load it up with tons of junk like AOL. I have probably made about 20 phone calls on this computer alone and almost everytime they transfer you back and forth and back and forth and you never get your problem resolved. The system itself has been fine, but the customer service makes it a bad purchase.
