Pros: Very reliable products and help available 24-7. Cons: It is very difficult for me to understand English spoken by someone from India.
The Dell 4550 computer has been a good unit for my home office for five years now. Have also purchased ten other Dell Computers over the past five years for family and friends. Have now ordered the E520 and hope it's relaibility is just as good as the other units I purchased.
Pros: great service, exactly as described, price, variety Cons: not that big of a selection of monitors
I have purchased three different computers by dell in the past and have never been disappointed. Their product is always exactly as described. Their service is fast and they are always willing to help you if you have a problem. When you order a computer, you build it yourself(Unless you shop the dell outlet store, which offers great discounts if you are not too picky)so you get exactly what you want and need. The dell website is interactive, and it helps you figure out what computer is right for you. They make suggestions, without completely pressuring you to upgrade to stuff you don't need. I have been very happy with my past purchases.
