Pros: Made good coffee. I liked the clock feature and auto off.
Cons: After 30 day, it died. I would still recommend it to a friend.

I loved this Delonghi but after a month it died. I couldn't get any power to the unit. I tried "shaking" both ends and trying an outlet that I knew was" live"- still no power. This Delonghi model gets good ratings - I checked several review including Epinions.com

I was probably the one in 500 that had a problem.

I wouldn't hesitate to buy this unit because of all the good features.

Was using a Krups for the last 10 years, when I broke the glass carafe by running cold water in it while it was still hot.  Oops.
Searched for a while and decided to try this Delonghi since I know they make very fine coffee machines.
Bought it for $39.99 at Sam's club.  Have used it now for almost a year and its great.  I have another home in Florida and was in need of a better coffee maker at that home so we went to Sam's and bought the same exact one for this home.  Cost at this Sam's was $29.88. 

Hate having to scroll through all 24 hours of the day to set the timer or clock. If you run past, you have to go through the whole cycle again.  That could be fixed by putting arrows for forward/backward.  This is my only compliant.

I've brewed coffee with and without the aroma button and I swear the aroma button make the cofee taste so much better.  It does take about 10 minutes longer than normal brewing (so 20 minutes total) so use the timer & this issue is solved.
