Don't waste your money. Pathetic mp3 player.

Cons: Wont play files, NO custmer help from Delstar, Check the forums for it
We purchased this for my son for Christmas. Yes, it was inexpensive in the world of MP3 players. But..that old saying about you get what you pay for really rings true on this thing. We have had several issues with it and from days of searching on the net and countless "help" forums it seems we are not the only ones. There are several problems with this MP3 player and Delstar offers no help for it.
I suggest you find another brand or spend a little more and get something with a proven track record.
We will be returning ours for a full refund.
