Pros: Price, looks, easy to assemble. Cons: Not very sturdy.
I bought this bed for my son's second birthday (October 2006). I purchased it in the local Walmart and was able to drive it home. It is relatively easy to assemble. Although it is "good" quality, it is not made of the best materials and will not ...

by karenwilder ,Dec 21 '08
Pros: grows with child so you save money when child transitions from one stage to another. Cons: The product is very hard to put together, and can be dangerous becuase of splinters.
brought one for my son when he was two he is now five i had two other kids before him and each year until they were four they had a new bed so finally i found this bed and tried grows wiTh your child once i saw that i was sold. It goes from toddler bed to full size sleigh bed your getting more bedding for your buck. the sad thing is about the bed the room it build in usually stays in because it is so hard to put together and to take apart . My husband put this bed together and it took him 4 hrs and that " sucks" but hey got good news now the store that sells this bed will put it together for an additional fee that great for someone who is not very handy . SO if you like me and have no money to throw away the invest in this product and never buy a bed until they go away for college. highly recommend delta toddler bed sleigh

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
by we4popes ,Jun 04 '04
Pros: The beds look cute. Cons: CUSTOMER SERVICE STINKS. See above for details.
In April 2004, we ordered two of these beds through Walmart.com for our twin girls. When they arrived, each bed had a cracked bed rail. When we called Walmart's customer service (which is another problem in itself), we were told to contact Delta directly. We never got through to a "live" person at Delta and were forced to leave two voice mail messages. No one ever responded to our calls. We went ahead and put the beds together, and they held until a couple of days ago (early June 2004). We have now gone back and forth with Walmart once again, with them trying to get Delta to send us the bed rails, AND we have again left two voice mail messages at Delta directly. Regardless of the outcome (whether or not we ever get the replacement parts), this entire process has been tedious, time-consuming, and a general pain in the back. As a full-time working mother with twin toddlers, I don't need this kind of hassle.
