Pros: none Cons: flaps are brittle once temperature drops below 20 degrees

Pros: Easy access for dogs, solid locking panel on either side Cons: Difficult to install, easily blown open letting in weather, some parts didn't line up well
Summary: This product is very similar to the "Ultimate Dog Door" which have owned. It allows easy access for our dogs. I am very happy with the solid metal slide in door which can lock the flap from either side. The price was decent as well. I am unhappy
