Pros: STOP kids from accessing electrical outlets
Cons: stop adults from accessing the outlet too...

Pros: Snug fit, childproof.
Cons: When they're in, they're in!!
Summary: I don't like them. My mother bought them for us during a visit. They were $4.00 for a package at Wal-Mart. After putting them in, we've had a heck of a time getting them out. Yes, they're child proof, but, to the adult in a rush, they're adult proof too.
