Diaper Champ

Pros: easy to use, easy to clean, uses any bag, holds a lot without stench, sturdy

This product is great. Not only is it easy to use but you save tons of money not having to buy special bags as any grocery type bag will work.
To use you only have to fold up the diaper, flip the lid and you are done. We change the bag twice per week and just Lysol it down to prevent germs.

I used this four years ago with my first child.  At the time, our changing area was in MY bedroom!  I remember looking at the thing and saying blessings... marvelling really.  I still can't believe how well it worked to contain the odors. 

And for a new mom, disorganization comes with the territory.  The LAST thing you want to think about is buying refills that you can't live without.  With the diaper champ, you just use a kitchen garbage bag.

Maintenance tip:  I kept grocery store baggies (you know those things you can't find uses fast enough for!) in the vicinity for the big exploding (yep, I said it!) messes.  BECAUSE It is best if the unsanitary accidentals do not touch the sides of the tube.   You will save yourself more frequent cleanings.  While I definately lysoled every time I changed the garbage bag, I only actually cleaned it once a month because nothing unsanitary touched it. 

Loved it and am buying again.  (Found out today, it's a girl! ;)
