i have a dog and really appreciated this product until 2 weeks ago when the head stopped turning. it isn't under warranty anymore. a couple other reviews say the head stops after a while, so i guess i'm not the only one. but it's been fantastic up to now, so i'm pretty disappointed.

I got this as a birthday gift. I LOVE IT!!!!!!!!!! This is a great vacuum. It has always done the job, even if the dirt cup is full. It has a removable power head with a rotating brushroll which really helps in cleaning cars and small spaces.

Have had it for a year and love it. Have had no mechanical problems. The rotory brush head works great. Used it for everything from cars to dog hair covered steps. Picks up messes that are quite heavy without a problem. Good investment if you can get down on you hands and knees to use it.
