My husband and daughter are sensitive to casein, the protein in milk products, and we drink goat milk at home. Goat milk cheeses are expensive. When I saw this product I realized I could make soft cheeses with goat yogurt for a lot less than I could buy it.

Using this couldn't be simpler. You put the yogurt in the sieve, put the lid on, and put it in the fridge until you like the consistency. It took about 30 hours for my cheese to get to a soft "cream cheese" consistency.

I then put in one spoonful of homemade strawberry jam and had a lovely topping for waffles.
