Dr Frank's Joint & Muscle Pain Relief Spray

Pros: I can't think of one.
Cons: Sleazy upcharging, no results, no promised refund, no cancelling of monthly shipments and charges.

The product was ineffective. As I made out the order, they kept adding on more charges. The last straw was a $3.95 charge for what they called "Expedited Shipping", which would have taken "5 to 7 business days". Lord knows how slow the regular shipping would have been.

Anyway, when the product was found to be ineffective, getting them to refund my money, per their money back guarantee, was a bunch of red tape and double talk and false promises. Although I canceled the automatic monthly refills, they kept charging my card without shipping anything.

I finally ended up having the credit card company take it all off my bill and accept no future charges from them.

Pros: None
Cons: It doesn't work.
They suck you into a subscription service

I ordered this product to see how it did with my arthritis and my foot pain.  It did nothing for me.  It didn't affect the pain I have at all.  Then, 30 days later, I get a second bottle.  When I called to express dismay and surprise at getting a second bottle, they said that I could return it if I took it to the post office, got some sort of documentation or number for the shipment, and returned it in a specified time period.  Oh, and I would have to pay to ship it back and not get the original shipping charge back.  I don't have the time for that, so I just asked that they never ship anything to me again.  Lesson learned.
