    Pros: Sturdy, holds up, nice screen size, decent price.
    Cons: Battery lasts about 2 hours.

  • theres a 3 month warranty for a reason!

    Pros: worked good for 11 months
    Cons: costs too much to only work for 11 months! the limited warranty is a clue!

    Summary: I bought this for my 2 year old daughter. It worked great... for about 11 months. Suddenly it said "no disc" when we put a disc in. It refused to read discs after less than a year! There is only a 3 month warranty for a reason. Dynex said to use a dvd

    Pros: Very high quality and durable all the way around.
    Cons: None.

    Summary: We struck out several times buying portable dvd players for our two kids ages 2 and 3.  Most of them broke within the first two weeks.  We finally ended up with two of the Dynex DX-PDVD9A units, and I have to say I'm extremely impressed.
