Pros: There is nothing pro to say about this product, I will never buy it again. Cons: Too wet, full of weeds and small pebbles. Very much a sub-standard product.

Pros: Inexpensive fill sand. Cons: Doesn't seem nutrient rich.

Pros: It's cheap. There's no weeds in there. Cons: pH is too high at 8 and above.
