Electrolux EIDW6105GW 24 in. Built-in Dishwasher

Pros: Solidly built, Super Quiet, Cleans the dishes well.Beautiful.
Cons: Does not have a food grinder.

Okay. The old dishwasher quit and I was forced to shop for a replacement. Online, in stores, reading reviews. I knew I wanted QUIET after being mad about spending a lot for a Kitchenaid Superba "Whisper quiet" machine and then having to listen to that ...

Pros: It is very quiet and sleek. 
Cons: Doesn't clean or dry dishes   Need to hand dry

I bought this product because I thought it was the top of the line.  Boy was I fooled. There is nothing I would recommend about this dishwasher except the fact it looks nice.  This dishwasher does not clean dishes.  I have had to run the same load 3 times and still take the dishes out of the dishwasher and wash them by hand.  This is a horrible product, and hopefully I can return it.

Pros: It looks nice and worked fair for the first week.

I got this unit back in Feb 2009. Since then I have bad problems with the leak detector. Seems that Electrolux knew of the issue and said nothing to anyone about it until the end of July. So for 5 months my dish washer worked 1/2 of the time. The support team at electrolux put me into contact with "Certified Repairmen" that when I called either weren't in business or, and I quote, "Never have worked on a Electrolux and don't plan on doing it in the future". The best part is that I got it to clean baby bottles and when you wash them with other plates sometimes small particles of food get on the bottles and dry there. And that's WITH prewashing.

I usually have to prewash the plates before putting them in so that it washs correctly.

I'm now working with the pllace that I purchased the unit for a full refund.

Just about everything it does it does poorly. When it does work it doesn't clean food off the plates.
