Pros: Good indoor pool. Convenient location to theme parks. Cons: Poor quality facility. Poor management.
Extremely disappointing stay at what is usually a good hotel chain. The facilities was under renovation, but, had nothing on their web-site to warn travelers. The suite had a poor quality sofa sleeper. We had to buy airbeds for two of our party. The "Cook to order" breakfast was limited to eggs, pancakes and french toast. Although the facility has seven (7) floors, they had washers and dryer on only the 2nd, 4th and 6th floors. They had 1 washer and 1 dryer on each of the floors for a total of 3 washers and 3 dryers for the facility. 1 of the 3 washers was working when we needed to do laundry.
The indoor pool was the only good part of the stay. Even the pool had it's problem. The pool shower was plumbed backwards. This meant the water came out "Hot" and went "Cold" as the handle was turned. Very dangerous for little ones.
Management has contacted me and resolved my issues.
