Pros: Nice looking
Cons: Too shallow for some reisling bottles. Not durable.

Have had this cooler for about 8 months. In the last month it has failed get as cold as it used to. The cooler has now seems to have given up the ghost. Too big for a doorstop, too small for a closet, too warm for a fridge.

Pros: Compact, small, lightweight, almost totally silent. Vibration free and easily sits on kitchen countertop.
Cons: Runs-continuously air-filter-clean-or-wont-chill unable-to-cool-less-than-20-below-room-temp breaks within 2 months

Body is well designed and attractive. Easy to understand and veiw controlls. I like the red better than the silver, but it is a personel prefference.

Could someone tell me how to contact the company about this cooler? It never kept the wine cool enough, and I thought that it was supposed to work that way. When I got ready to use the wine, I always put it in the freezer first to get it cold. Now the cooler has quit completely. I only had it since Mother's Day, and it worked slightly for about 6 months. I need to find out if they will work on it, or if I need to take it somewhere.

I have one of these coolers now for 2 years. It has never kept my wine as cool as it should. Now the cooler will not cool below 56 degrees. I have maintained it by cleaning the filter and still want work right. My friend got one about 6 months before I did. He told my husband to buy me one for my Brithday. My friends in now at the dump and mine will be going also. This model isn't worth the money.
