So...You Think You're Smart!

by miridunn , Apr 11 '00
Pros: easy to read/valuable insight
Cons: contains some jargon
Enough has been presented through recent years to de-bunk the importance of the standard IQ tests. While being useful to gauge a certain type of intelligence, these tests are culturally biased and are practically worthless when it comes to figuring...

The Geeks never get the Breaks

by anavidi , Oct 06 '99
Pros: scientifically sound, well written
Cons: some parts might be boring

Good Book That Helps to Improve Work and Personal Relationships.
by jeanettr ,Mar 18 '07
Pros: Insightful, helpful, good explanations and good reading.
Cons: A lot of information to take in.
After reading this book, it has helped me to better understand and work better with my co-workers in the workplace. Reading it, I learned more about using our emotional intelligence to create better work environment, how we have two minds rational/emotional and the ways we use them to help us make decisions and ways we can manage our emotions. This is a great book to get educated on males and females minds to understand what their thought processes are. This would be a good book to have available at companies and corporations for everyone from the top down to read.
