Pros: Great printer, has speed and quality
Cons: Support is very bad

Pros: close to photo quality
Cons: don't take the cartridge out until it's empty
Though I received this printer as a gift, I am very glad the giver chose this printer. Pictures I print out always turn out looking very well, not photo quality, but still, very nice. The ink cartridges are fairly cheap, if you know where to look...
