Pros: Good photo print quality, has ability to monitor ink usage Cons: Goes through a lot of ink, defaults to full color printing, prints slowly
Summary: I got this for free with the purchase of a camera at Staples, and wow, I can see why they're giving these away. I'm considering giving it away myself, but I'd hate to saddle someone else with the monstrous ink cartridge costs. The Basics The ... read more

Pros: Price, print quality Cons: Replacement ink cartridges, speed, Epson customer service
Summary: I purchased this product because I needed an inexpensive all-in-one. I had previously owned an Epson all-in-one and had been very satisfied with that one, so without doing much research, I purchased this one from Wal-Mart. The pros: This printer ... read more

Pros: Cheap. You pay for what you get... crap. Cons: Piece of junk. Especially sucks up highly priced ink.
Summary: Don't waste your good hard-earned money on this piece of junk. I bought it because it was cheap. You get what you pay for! It ran out of ink after printing about 10 pages. It sat around for a month before I ordered new inks direct from EPSON store ... read more

Pros: Price, print quality, and features Cons: Burns through ink, and need every cartridge to print
Summary: We got this printer for our Mac about six months ago. It prints and scan great for the price. I picked it up on sale at Target for about seventy or eighty dollars. We don't use it to print photos and I would not recommend it for anything other than ... read more

Pros: This printer prints beautifully. Cons: Everything else!!!
Summary: As everyone else has stated the printer drains ink quick. What they failed to say is that the printer won't even print unless ALL the ink tanks have ink in them. And even though I have only printed 2 color photos *to test the printer* I have TWO ... read more

Pros: Good color photo prints. Cons: Ink system loaded with problems, plugging, out of one color and you can't print anything!
Summary: After six months I'm less and less satisfied with this printer. It has no ability to adjust darkness on copies. It uses some kind of tube system to get the ink to the print heads and these plug easily. They also require the continual dispensing of ink ... read more

Pros: PRO's - it looks nice and is affordable. Cons: Goes through ink too quickly.
Ink heads clogged in the first week.
Summary: We've had this All In One for about three weeks. It had run out of ink on week 2. No, we do not print alot of things, in fact, I'm pretty thrifty and use the "draft" quality for most things. The only reason we could think is maybe the company does not ... read more

Pros: It scans? Cons: Forces you to have color ink to print black and white.
Summary: I know the money is in the consumables, but this printer prompts you to buy ink everytime you print. Its so annoying. I don't print a lot of pictures so I don't usually need color printing. Today I needed to print a black and

Pros: Upside is it prints lovely color documents, like photos. Also the scanner is a plus. Cons: Outrageously expensive ink that runs out constantly!!
Summary: I bought this printer at Staples because it was inexpensive and had the all-in-one features I wanted. I think it came with the first round of ink so I didn't realize it was so expensive. Now I cringe every time I have to buy ink, especially the color ink

Pros: Nice quality for photos
Scanner comes in handy Cons: Only takes Epson ink, burns through it quickly and then won't recognize the cartridges.
Summary: Prints nicely the first year, while burning through lots of ink and $$$$, then suddenly won't recognize the name-brand cartridges it requires. I spoke with Epson, who is sending out a "new technology" type of cartridge that may address the problem and

Pros: Pretty easy to use. Cons: Constantly runs out of ink, won't let you print without color.
Summary: This printer is driving me crazy! It does 3 things (scan, copy, print) but none of them very well. It uses color ink whether or not you are actually printing in color - even if you select "black ink only" on the preferences. That means it constantly

Pros: Inexpensive, media card reader Cons: Flimsy casing, slow, ink runs out
Summary: I have used the Epson CX5200 for four years and have been completely satisfied with it, so I thought that for $50, this machine was worth the money. After all, it was advertised as 27 ppm. I received it, and the first thing I noticed is that the

Pros: Price is good and printing is quick and clear. Customer service reps are friendly. Cons: Does not print long before hard drive problem kicks in.
Summary: I purchased this product because I wanted an inexpensive all in one printer and I thought the name Epson would mean quality. Instead I have had nothing but trouble with it. I have had three replacements sent to me in the six months since I purchased
