Pros: Does not use chemicals, lightweight, easy to use, multiple uses, long cord and hose. Cons: Does not vacuum, no easy option for soaps,
Why I got it I got sick of my Hoover Floor Mate not working properly, so I just got this for the flooring. And as an added bonus it can work on other surfaces, not just floors. What is it? This is a cleaning device that mainly uses ...
Pros: cleans good, light weight Cons: bags and filters get expensive
One thing I hate to do is vacuum, that is my husband Matthew's job mainly. When I actually did the vacuuming I love it. The Eureka High Filtration Uprights Enviro Vac is easy to maneuver around. The Eureka High Filtration Uprights Enviro Vac is...
Pros: Cleans most anything including floors, many attachments, well-designed Cons: not sturdy against drops, can burn you, not fun to use on hot days
Please note: The title of this product says that it's a vacuum. It is NOT A VACUUM. It is a steam cleaner that might look like a vacuum. This unit only blows - it doesn't suck. Pun intended. I purchased the Eureka model 350 and returned ...
Pros: Easy to use. Great for floors. Disinfects without the use of aggressive cleaners. Cons: doesn't work for everything.
I always wanted to get an enviro steamer for our 1300 square feet of industrial floor since mopping it was a real pain. Then I found the Eureka Upright Steamer at Costco for just $119,- (+tax..) and I was stoked. This one does the job of the regular...
Pros: Powerful. Easy to use. It really works. Cons: Not for every job. Don't throw away your cleaning products.
(Update: I wrote this review 4 months ago. I still love this thing. I use it mostly for my expanse of ceramic tile floor... I still haven't found anything that does a better or easier job of cleaning the tile.)I fire it up about once a week and get my...
Pros: Easy to use, really works. Long cord and variety of tools are pluses. Cons: Upholstery tool cloth difficult to put on.
The reviews in this group were the deciding factor in our purchase. We got our Enviro Steamer 370 at Costco for $95.99, plus tax. I'd considered a wet/dry vacuum but it really didn't fit our needs. We live in a 25-year-old house that had been rented out...
My other vacuum cleaner was broken for 3 months so I borrowed an extra that my grandmother had, the Enviro Vac. I have since then gotten my other one fixed but I have not given this one back. I like it much better.
Pros: Height, cleans beautifully, easy to use and change appliances, hose is readily accessible- and much more Cons: electrical cord could be longer, remembering to change the filter
My 16 year old son calls me the "clean freak" since purchasing my Eureka High Filtration Upright Enviro Vac. He asks why I'm always running it!
I love my 'new' vacuum. Actually I purchased it at WalMart about 6 months ago and have...
Pros: Easy use for those without pets, easy to store, easy to dissemble Cons: Not enough power for pet hair--caution pet owners!
I was so pleased to see the Eureka vacuum cleaner on sale for $99.00 at Bed Bath and Beyond a little more than one year ago! I purchased the
last one they had for sale. It was on display right at a time when I needed to purchase a new vacuum...
I just recently purchased this vacuum and it is wonderful. When we started looking around, I knew I wanted one with decent power and a hepa filter. Well, I got both with this vacuum.
It's a Eureka SmartVac. One of the features I really find useful...
Pros: Long power cord. Air filtration is as advertised. Cons: Clogs easily. Cheaply built.
I've been using the Eureka Enviro Vac for nearly a year now, and I'm afraid my opinion of this vacuum cleaner isn't as good as some of the other user's on here.
I purchased this unit at my local Costco warehouse for around $120.00. It came...
Pros: Powerful, Back saver handle, Onboard attachments, Hepa Filter Cons: Cord could be longer
My husband and I were getting ready to move into our new house and I wanted to buy a new vacuum. The one we had was heavy, spit more stuff out the back of it than it actually picked up, and I had to change the belt on it almost everytime I used it. I...
Pros: Lightweight, easy to maneuver, has all needed attachments, & works well! Cons: Can clog up easily with pet hair. Must disassemble to free the clogged debris.
About a year ago Sears had a sale on this vacuum. We needed a new vac, & this one had the right price at the right time, so I got it.
I have a very messy toddler, a border collie dog, & a cat, & (at the time) a somewhat large house....
Pros: Quiet, powerful, nice attachment hose Cons: A little short for me
I bought this Eureka after having my trusted Hoover for some eight years. I went to vacuum one morning, heard a horrible grinding, moaning cry, and watched my vacuum lie lifeless on my dirty floor. Nothing could be done, so I threw it out on trash day,...
Pros: Light weight, flexible, IT WORKS, great attachments, no chems. Cons: None
This Eureka 370A somehow got tangled into the review of an upright vacuum. Pay attention to the content of the review on this product because apparently the upright vacuum is not all that. So keep a keen eye. I bought this thing to assist me in ...
Pros: Well designed, easy to use and really cleans. Cons: Leaves slightly more water than more expensive models, but this is no real problem.
A week ago, another steamer I had ordered at a higher price arrived. I eagerly removed it from its box and put it to work. It had a trigger level which took two hands to depress and left my hands and arms aching like crazy but, with my husband ...
Pros: Lots of attachments
Large water capacity = more time to clean before refills. Cons: Non-constant pressurization system
Excessive water discharged during cleaning
Manual sucks
Having broken the handle on my factory-reconditioned model
310 in an attempt to squash an ant (the short annual fall invasion), I ordered the model 370 online. With the memory of how well my 310 has ...
Pros: HEPA filter, light on front, streamlined design Cons: Can't handle Christmas tree needles
The Eureka Enviro-Vac really does live up to its name. Having an allergy-ridden husband, the HEPA filter is an extremely important feature for us. It handles dust and allergens very well.
The bag is easily removable and changeable (a plus...
Pros: Light, easy to use, nice attachments. Cons: Clogs and overheats easily. Not good on bare floors
I bought this thing new for $135 thinking I was getting a decent deal. I own 3 dogs and the old Hoover just was not doing the job as it was getting old.
I bought this Eureka home and with our allergies, thought the HEPA bag would be great....
The time came two weeks ago to get a new vacuum cleaner, as the old one had finally sucked it's last suck. I went down to Walmart, and picked up this Eureka, and brought it home.
Easy assembly instructions were provided and I managed to get it...
Pros: Great suction on edges, ease of tool use, ergonomic Cons: is used for cleaning
I hate cleaning. Vacuuming used to be a complete pain. I still hate cleaning, but since I purchased this Eureka HEPA EnviroVac, vacuuming is no longer painful. This is without a doubt the best vacuum I've had the displeasure to use :-) My ex-wife...
Pros: True HEPA filtration Cons: No front light, motor gets VERY hot
I've been sold on HEPA air filtration for quite some time, being in a house that has three cats and being moderately allergic has meant purchasing air circulators that have HEPA filtration. So when it came time to buy a vacuum cleaner, I did a quick...
Pros: Fairly light weight, easy to push around Cons: Extremely poor quality and performance
Eureka, a town in California, yes, a VACUUM cleaner, not. At least not for us. We purchased the Upright High Filtration model. It does that, filter, but pick up dirt, dust and hair, No. We bought it about 18 months ago. When it was new it worked...
Pros: Very versatile, does about anything Cons: cost and weight of the cleaner
Although we'd always had a Eureka our son bought us the new Kirby for our 25 year wedding anniversary 2 years ago. This is one we always liked, but could never afford the price.
The new Kirby has the dry cleaning method instead of the old shampoo...
Pros: Hepa Filter, Ergonomic Features Cons: Cheaply built, lots of maintenance
I bought this vacuum when my other one broke around Christmas time last year. It worked pretty well for about a month. I especially liked the idea of the Hepa filter as my family has trouble with allergies and lives in an allergy infested area of the...
Pros: Easy to install on board attachments Cons: The housing could be stronger
I've been using this vacuum cleaner for over a year now and so far, it has worked great. It is light, powerful, visually appealing, and works real well. What I like most are the onboard attachments. It is so simple to use this vacuum from a full upright...
After my old Regina finally died, I decided to get a larger, more powerful vacuum. I found the Eureka EnviroVac fit the bill for my needs and, more importantly, found that refurbished models were available on a number of the web auction sites at great...
Pros: Attachments on board, cheap Cons: No suction, cheap
At least it was theft by deception. It would have been more useful throwing $150 one-dollar bills on the fire then wasting my time buying this piece of plastic waste. I thought a vacuum was supposed to clean. This “vacuum” rearranges dirt and pet hair...
Pros: Filtration HEPA is awesome for asthma prone. Have steps to sweep? -Carrying handles-"handy". Cons: Would like to see a higher amp.
I love this vac! After my divorce, I was left using a 1970 something model hoover that blew a burst of dust from the bag every time you turned it on.
When at work one day, I had noticed a vacuum in the basement that had apparently been left behind....
Pros: Back saver handle Cons: Lack of suction, clogs easily, blows dirt from beater bar, poor bag design, cheaply made
We purchased this vacuum a few years ago to to replace an aging Eureka - we figured spend more $ to get a nicer model and we'd see increased performance -WRONG. This thing is the biggest P.O.S. I've used. It doesn't have much suction power at all and...
Pros: quiet, easy to use Cons: weak vacuum, clogs easily
I bought this while in graduate school because I have allergies and thought the price was decent. The vacuum cleaner actually worked great for the first year. Since that time (I've had it about 4 years) it repeatedly clogs up with dog (and human) hair...
Pros: Lightweight cheap plastic Cons: clogs very easily, small bags
Only think about buying this one if you don't have any cats or dogs. It works okay for the average person but is unacceptable for heavy dusty use and for picking up pet fur. I trashed this thing after only a year. Broke it into pieces.
For...
Eureka, A steamer that works by kaydin1st ,Jul 26 '04
Pros: Easy to Use. Fun to use. No chemicals. wheels that follow you around. Cons: Waiting for the water to heat up. It tips over, and you can get burned.
I bought two different steamers. A Euro Pro Professional Portable Steamer and this Eureka. The Euro pro was great at first and seamed like the steamer for me. It had great steam, didn't spit out as much water, and shot steam at your face after the first couple of uses. So, I Moved on to this Enviro Steamer. I use it to clean the floors, dashes, cracks and crevices of a school bus. Now, I don't know how many kids you have at home, but I usually have around 60 on my bus at a time. So, things can get a little messy. This little Steamer powers threw it with amazing ease. I have had very little trouble with it. It does what it says and best of all, it shoots the steam at the object I am pointing it at, not me.
Eureka 370a Steamer is just what I've been looking for in a cleaner. by buddo ,Jun 20 '05
Pros: This is a lot of machine for the money . Cons: None that I have discovered yet.
After reading the reviews I ordered the Eureka 370a refurbished from All Brands for $99.00 plus shipping. I've used it to clean the baseboards, linoleum floors, ceramic tiles, around the toilet and the seat , barbecue and the floor mats in the van ,and it lives up to all the reviews.
This is a really great machine for the money and I couldn't believe how fast it was delivered from All Brands. Less than 1 week
