Pros: Inexpensive, lightweight Cons: Not worth a penny.
I was looking for an inexpensive second vacuum primarily for the upstairs and the stairs. I have several other products by this company which I love so I was willing to consider this item despite my instinct telling me that the less expensive the vacuum ...
Pros: Lightweight. Cons: Doesn't clean well, hose not long enough.
I have been on the search for a good stick vacuum for my downstairs, which has tile floors throughout. (See my other vacuum reviews…I have bought and returned a lot trying to find the right one!) With two cats, tracked litter is a major problem. My ...
Pros: Small. Lightweight. HEPA filtration. Bagless. Cons: Tips over easily. Overheats in short amount of time. Suboptimal suction.
I have owned this vacuum for about 2 years and have had a mixed experience. I agree with most things stated in previous reviews but there are some good things about this vacuum. Its small size and light weight makes it easy to store. The bagless ...
don't waste your shipping charges even testing this non-vac.euro pro should be ashamed to put this crap on the market.it's not a vacuum at all just jet plane noise. it has no( thats right no brushes) as they lead you to believe. it's extremely hard to ...
Pros: Styling, lightweight and retractable cord. Cons: Poor suction and cleaning power. Cord too short.
I have hardwood floors and throw rugs. I bought this vacuum because of its compact size and the retractable cord. What a mistake.
The retractable cord retracts really well, however it is too short for most rooms.
My main complaint is the lack of suction offered from the small opening on the misnamed floor brush. The brushes in this unit are sealed and actually never touch the floor. As a result, cleaning throw rugs or carpeted rooms take far longer than an ordinary vacuum. The actual suction opening is less than 3 square inches.
I do not recommend this product. It does NOT work.
Pros: Light weight Cons: cord too short gets clogged not easy to empty
This is the worst vacuum I have ever owned. It does not suck up anything on hard floors. On carpets, it always gets clogged, every time I use it. I am ready to throw mine away and it's only a few months old!!
Don't waste your money on this vac! by lumiere4 ,Aug 26 '06
Pros: lightweight
Cons: does not pick up well and motor died within 8 months of purchase
I purchased this stick vac in December of 2005. When I was using it in August of 2006, it began to smoke. The motor burnt out, and it was not even a year old. When I checked the warranty on it, I would have to ship the vac back to Shark and pay for the shipping. I would also have to include $12.95 for return shipping and handling. It would therefore cost me over $25.00 to get it repaired or replaced. It is extremely unfair to be required to cover shipping expenses for a faulty product. When it was working, it also did not do a very good job at picking up things. I will not be buying any more Shark products.
